Asked by PCNNY in Application Servers
I have an exchange 2003 server running on 2003 standard and a client using windows 7 with Office Outlook 2007. We configured imap and it began downloading emails with no issues. Then when it reached about 220 emails, we started getting a message "Failed to update headers" and it keeps popping up no matter how many times we close it. I sent the client a test email and the email does go through, but it also generates the same error message.
I uninstalled Norton and disabled the firewall on the client PC. Does anyone know what else I can do. I also ran the SCANPST tool on the client PC and scanned the imap pst file. That did not make this header error message stop.
Thanks in advance for any help in solving this issue.l
