The problem is that when an error comes it is displayed in the tomcat console. The tomcat error stack trace is so huge that it scrolls and I am not able to see anything.
Is it possible to log the error message to a log file and not just the console?

if you start Tomcat as a service, the log files will be generated in the location
or "stderr_2009.....log" .
"%Apache Software Foundation%\tomcatA\logs
Log files will be named date-wise....
You can check out the "Catalina.2009.(date).log"
