I successfully installed Joomla 1.5.14 and I had used a Rocket Launcher so had a template installed that I didn't want there anymore. So I deleted the tables in the database and added transferred a new Joomla set of folders to the server to do another installation.
The problem is that when I start the installation again, the Joomla! Web Installer goes straight to the last page saying:
PLEASE REMEMBER TO COMPLETELY
REMOVE THE INSTALLATION DIRECTORY.
You will not be able to proceed beyond this point until the installation directory has been removed. This is a security feature of Joomla!.
Click here when the directory has been removed.
I cannot get the installation to start again. I have treid adding a completely different installation folder but it just won't start. How can I get it to run again?

I figured it out.
I still had the configuration.php file there that was created last time.
That needed to be removed!
