Browse All TopicsHi,
We planning a migration to AD/E2K from NT/E5.5. We currently have NT 2 domains(users/machines).
Three regions, EU/AP/US
Would like to have empty root domain, three child domains for admin and location purposes.
e.g.
empty root: company.com
child domains: ap/eu/us.company.com
How would this affect E2K, how would we access the "global address list" and other Public folders?
Thanks

What you will need to do is run setup /forestprep and /domainprep in the root domain. Then when you want to install in the child domain, you just run /domainprep and you will be set.
