Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Mailbox Manager on Exchange 2000

No matter what I do mailbox manager does not find any messages or mailboxes.  I have followed all instructions on Q319188 but cannot get it to do anything.  Anyone know what this may be?   When I manually kick it off the mail message with the report arrives in my mailbox in seconds.

I have set the mailbox management diagnostic loggiong in Exchange to Maximum but only ever see two events
