What I need to do is to create an html page to be used as a warning banner before our users actually login to OWA. I've created the banner with a link to login to our OWA server, but I can't figure out how to make IIS use this banner as the default webpage. OWA2000 is pretty much a different product because the HTML is rendered inside the Exchange store process so there is no ASP source pages.
