A user deleted a large amount of important data from a public folder. I dismounted the information store, and performed a restore from the most recent exchange backup, which appeared to work successfully. I did not have the box checked "this database can be overwritten by a restore" After the restore I rebooted and the information store will not mount. It recommends restarting Exchange Manager and Information Store Services. I have searched through M$ tech docs and EE, all the solutions presented have not worked for me. The server was working fine until the restore. Exchange is still functioning and has queued incoming mail waiting for the store to come back online. What can I do? This is extremely urgent!!
