I have a 2 remote users that can only send email within the Domain and cannot send outside the domain. They can receive email that is sent to them from outside the domain. I set them up using POP3 on Outlook 2003. When they attempt to send email to someone outside the company it comes back with a:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: test 1:58
Sent: 11/18/2004 2:19 PM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
'theaccount@msincorp.com' on 11/18/2004 2:19 PM
550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable.
The server is set to allow all computers which successfully authenticate to relay, reguardless of the list above.
One of the users is using a Sprint AirCard inside his I-Paq that sends email wherever he goes, and the other is in a remote site.
Can someone help me with this issue?
