Delegating Send-As in Exchange on SBS 2003

We just did a fresh install of SBS 2003.  We need to have secretaries Exchange accounts send messages as coming from their bosses email accounts.  We don't want them to say on behalf of.  Can someone show us the proper steps to set this up?
