i'm running exchange 2000 with ISA server 2000 - both on the same computer. i have used the secure mail server wizard to publish the mail server. my clients can access the internet - no problem there. Incoming mail is ok - no problem there too.
When i try to send out mail - they are queued and takes abt 20 minutes to leave the queue - sometimes upto 2 hours- when i stop ISA server services all the outbound mail are delivered pronto - no delay there -
