A couple exchange questions...

Sorry if these are easy questions, but I'm new to Exchange and am forced to administer it.

1. I'm creating a disaster recovery plan and I want to know how I would restore a user's e-mail if his/her computer crashed and we had to format the drive?

2. Our e-mail store is filling up fast and I'm going to have to slap a new drive in the server soon for a new store, how do I create a new store on the new drive and have exchange store all the new data on the new drive? Also, how about backing up the store and removing it from the drive to make room for a new store? We've had this exchange server for about two months now and even though we only have about 15 users, we've created a store that's about 4 GB in size - far much more than I had anticipated.Start Free Trial
