When attempting to remove Symantec Mail Security 4.1 I get an error
Failed to load C:\DOCUME~1\administrator\
Symantec Mail Security 4.1 no longer works at all, and will not remove. After the uninstall attempt, Symantec Client Security 9.0 doesnt work either.
I can install the new version however, it asks me to specify my SMTP port. When I set it to 25 it says this port is in use try another.
If i disable Exchange SMTP, I can install it, however when Mail Secuirty 4.6 is running, I am unable to turn on SMTP in Exhange System Manager.
If i could get help with either, I would greatly appreciate it.

I would look at symantec's site to "Manually Remove" Mail Sec 4.1. I've had to manually remove symantec "Crapware" before and you're going to go through the registrey, delete files, etc....
That is where I'd start BEFORE breaking your sever for good. Take your time and research and it will pay off.
