Why cant I setup a POP3 connector?

Hi,

I have been installing Exchange 2003 Enterprise. I am merging mailboxes etc. All new mail will come in via SMTP but there are a couple of POP3 mailboxes that I also want to download. My problem is that I cant seem to create a POP3 connector under the connectors area, it just gives me SMTP or X25. Does anyone know why and how I can sort it?

Thanks

There is no native POP connector in Exchange 2003, but there is one in SBS 2003. you'll need a 3rd party software add-in to get a POP connector.

Whoops -- forgot.
According to MS their IS a POP3 connector in Exchange 2003 -- but you need to call a special tech department and pay $$$$ to get it set up.  Frankly, I don't believe it.
Let me know when you see it :)

POPBeamer is another third party tool for doing this - pretty cheap and works nicely.
