The ghost of an old Exchange server still haunting me...

About a year ago I installed Exchange 2003, migrated the mailboxes and removed the old Exchange 2000 service and then removed the machine. As of today every time I configure an outlook client it comes up with the old exchange server name as the Exchange server name in the e-mail accounts setup. Ive looked through AD but havent found any vestiges of the old server name. Any ideas? Looked in the ORK 2003 but did not see any settings for this in the adm templates. Any ideas?
