How to export Public Folder in Exch2003?

Hi,

How can I export Public Folder from Server A to a PST file and then import it to new Public Folder in Server B?

Is there any tool to copy or move Public Folder store?

FYI, Server A and Server B are in the same administrative group. The size of pub1.edb in Server  A is 10 GB while on Server B is only 4 GB.
