We were experiencing a problem when trying to send an email from a user to a certain domain. One of the solutions was to remove their profile then recreate. I have done this and the user still seems to be experiencing problems I cant create when sending through my account.
He has tried 5 times and only once has an email got through to their site. When he tried to reply to the response they sent, it bounced back again. I have sent 2 emails and so far none have bounced back.

I have ran a report on
www.dnsreport.com on which shows a failure for the domain on Reverse DNS. It said that this can cause problems sending from some mailservers. I am wondering why I can send them and he cant.
