Title: Connection Was dropped by Remote host.

I went through the resolution of Techexchange, but the "RootDNSServers" in Active Directory Users & Computers>System>MicrosoftDNS is not created.

We're also experiencing the error"The connection was dropped by the remote host" to various destination domains.
