Serious Exchange Problems

I started defragging my exchange server and I didn't have 110% available disk space. When it got about 50% through the defrag it gave me an error that I didn't have enough space available, I checked My Computer and it showed only 1.84MB left. I copied all the Stores over to another server and ran the eseutil on that server. They all worked fine but now that I have tried to copy the Stores back I still do not have enough disk space. What happened. Please HELP.
