Question

How to change Outlook Address Book Fields.

When I open address book in Outlook that isset up with Exchange 2003 account the following fields are shown:
Name  |  Business phoen  | Office | Title   |  Company    and so on.

Is there a way to change what fields are shown and in what order?

Not possible. That information is hard coded in to Outlook.

I am afraid Marc_nivens you are talking about the fields that show up when you open up a contact.
I am talking about the fields that show on top of the list of contacts -- see my first post for a link to the snapshot.
