Exchange Activesync - device keeps asking for password

Asked by Milkybar-kid in Exchange Email Server

Tags: , , , ,

I'm trying to get a WM5 device to sync with Exchange server but it keeps prompting for the password.
I've added the server address and ticked SSL
I have the certifcate installed on the device.
I have integrated and basic authentication checked on the Activesync virtual directory. I can login to the /oma website with the same credentials.
If left alone it times out with Support Code 0x8500200C
