RPC over HTTP in SBS & a separate Exchange 2003 server

How to do you deploy RPC over HTTP in an environment with a SBS 2003 server with CRM 3.0 and an Exchange Enterprise 2003 edition server?

What I do know is that I cannot create another domain, forest, etc… since SBS is in environment. Currently, SBS is the DC, GC, and DNS.  I have setup the Exchange Enterprise 2003 server to have CRM routing, Secondary DNS, and Secondary GC.

I am not sure which server to put as my considered front end or back end or do I even need to do front to back design?

However, I would like to use the Exchange Enterprise 2003 server as my primary for mail and to host the outlook web access for my organization.  Do you have any suggestions?
