Situation: Running single Exchange 2000 server with single organization: "MyCompany (Exchange)" with, on average, 50-60 users in 6 physical sites. Also about a dozen public folders. User's email addresses are user@mycompany.com
Problem: Company is going to go thru a name change in the near future. I need to both set up things so users have valid new email addresses in the format: user@ournewname.com and, for at least several months, also have the old email address: user@mycompany.com still come into the user's mailbox.
Goal: to have user1@mycompany.com and user1@ournewname.com both end up in user1's mailbox. Same same for all users.
