OWA: Users can't open some email. "HTTP 404 - File not found" error

I have an SBS 2003 patched with SP1 and Exchange SP2 and all current Microsoft patches.  We started hosting a couple additional company domains on the server last month.  Many of the users can only use OWA because of being out of the office 100% of the time.  When they open some email they get the following error message "HTTP 404 - File not found".  However, I've setup their Exchange account in Outlook on a test computer and all of their email opens fine.  

Does anyone know why some emails will come up with this error?

I found the problem.  The Exchange Server was configured with the URLScan Security Tool.  This tool prevents OWA from opening email with specific characters in the subject line.  I edited the URLScan.ini file and removed all these characters, did an IISreset and everything works great.
