Exchange Activesync ONLY works when clients Outlook is left open?
We are having trouble with Exchange Activesync. Our OWA and OMA work, and I can synchronize our Treo 700W's over the air just fine. My problem is that the only time it synchronizes email/calendar/task/notes is if Outlook is open or some other program "triggers" it. Say for example that I do an over the air synchornization and no mail comes in, then check my mailbox using OMA and see that there are new messages waiting, all of the new messages will then show up if I immediately I do an over the air synchronization. Any ideas? Thanks for your help, we have switched back to the 700P for some people and using Chattermail to get around this Activesync issue, but would still like to try and help the people who got stuck with the 700w's.
