How to Re-Install Exchange 2003 sever

I need urgent help. We had a problem in Exchange 2003 Server. We went for System state  restore and then MIS restore. After the Restore, Exchange Processes did not run and we got the following problems:

1. During startup one Error is Displayed. it says
   
    “ At least one service or driver failed during system startup. Use Event Viewer to examine the event log for details”

2. Following error while checking the Event viewer we got the  

       i. MSExchangeSA did not run and also did not start when tried manually
       ii. All the Dependent processes on MSExchangeSA also did not start
       iii. In system Manager the following error occurred while starting the Mailbox Management Process:
           
                  "there are no bindings
                   Facility: Win 32
                   ID no: c00706b6
                    Exchange System Manager"


3.      i) On checking we found DNS was not working on Exchange.
       
         ii) went for Disaster Recovery Process for Exchange Server 2003.
      Nothing resolved…Same errors again.

6.      Called Microsoft TechSupport. We  tried 919089

        DNS problem resolved

        Still same problem

        Help is required at earliest....Or atleast give a detailed method on Exchange Re-install....
