How to move a mailbox from one Exchange to another within same organization.

Hi,

I have two exchange servers for same domain. say abcd.com. Both exchange servers are on different sites and now I need to move a mailbox from Site A to Site B.

Bascially the user is going to work from Site-B from now on and I don't want his mailbox on SiteA exchange server.

Although we have a 1Mbps link between sites but the traffic is quite a lot lately.

Can someone tell me how to do it.
