hehe...some of the reps have started to understand what their e-mail address is. They dont' know what the domain is or username is.

OWA Password issues
A couple things here... Another 500 PUNTAS!!!
I have about 120 sales reps that only use OWA. We are "supposed" to force password change upon first login, but from my tests, this does not work. We expire passwored every 9 months, and the users are having a problem filling in the form. A couple Questions
1. Is a change upon first login supported? What shoudl I have the Exchange Admin look at to troubleshoot?
2. When expiring passwords, the change password box that displays asks for domain, username old and new pw. How can I get the fields domain and username to get filled in automatically?

You need SSL for Exchange if i'm not mistaking for OWA to change the passwords. As the domain and username to get filled in automatically i'm not sure right off hand, but these sales reps should know their username though. The domain would be nice to be filled in automatically, but it should not be hard for the reps to remember the domain.
1. I don't think so, I could be wrong here though.
2. I will research tomorrow if any of the other exchange experts don't respond before then.
