Outlook 2003 Error with Exchange 2003

Hi,

I'm having a problem much like this one

In fact it's exactly the same, but when I delete messages in my Exchange mailbox that appear when I sync the deleted items folder, it doesn't fix the problem.

Whenever I send/receive my inbox, I get the 0x80040600 error. I am also using a BlackBerry on my Exchange account, not that this should make a difference as it's not having any problems.

Any ideas?

Close Outlook client.
Go to Control Panel, and choose Mail Applet.

Go to Profiles and delete the Outlook Profile.
Create a new Porfile. Configure the e-mail account for Exchange server. Under the Exchange Server name, Uncheck the option to use cache mode. Do not use Cache mode, turn it off.

Howver, if your users is using a laptop and they work from outside the office, then you may want to show them how to enable cache mode for later.
