Automatic signature from Active Directory

We run Exchange 2003 and would like to automatically add a signature to everyone's emails. The signature should be the person's name, phone number and title as set in Active Directory.

Can this be done with the standard Microsoft components, or do we have to buy a third party tool to handle this?

Dear karlsfre,

You can add VCF file directly from GAL. This will resolve your issue

Cheers!

karlsfre,
Go to Your Outlook-->tools-->Options-->Mailformat-->Click on Signatures-->Click New--_Start with Blank Signature-->click Next-->Click New Vcard from Contact-->Choose user name-->Click Finish.

ASKER

Sorry, when I said that we want to automatically add a signature I meant that we want to configure something on the server that handles this. We have 700 users, with different configurations, and managing their local files might be a bit tricky. And the same signature should also be added for emails sent through Outlook Web Access.

I realise that the scope has changed a bit, so I have upped the points a bit.
