Sorry, when I said that we want to automatically add a signature I meant that we want to configure something on the server that handles this. We have 700 users, with different configurations, and managing their local files might be a bit tricky. And the same signature should also be added for emails sent through Outlook Web Access.<br />

We run Exchange 2003 and would like to automatically add a signature to everyone's emails. The signature should be the person's name, phone number and title as set in Active Directory.<br />
