How to Disable Exchange Client Certificates
Hey Everyone,
First of all, I just want to say that I'm a long-time reader, first-time writer. :)
Anyhow, I'm trying to disable the Exchange client certificates so that I may wirelessly synchronize my Windows Mobile 5 device. I have the device configured properly, but when I go to synchronize, I get the following error:
-------------------------- -------
Result:
The Exchange Server requires certificates to log on. Connect your device to your PC on the corporate network to obtain a certificate.
Support code: 0x85030027
-------------------------- -------
I have installed ActiveSync on my corporate workstation and synchronized, but I still get the same error when switching back to Exchange ActiveSync.
Also, when I bring up my Outlook Web Access site, I get a "Choose a digital certificate" dialog box with no options to select, so I always just click "OK", and it takes me to the site.
Any ideas how I can fix this?
Thanks in advance!
Since the answer to this was not easily Googled, I'm going to assign a "difficult" rating to this.
