How to set up POP3 protocol, and will it work with Blackberry handheld

Hello,

I want to setup pop3 option on my exchange 2003 server.

The reason why I want to setup pop3 is; one of my users have a blackberry handheld.
The account on mobileemail.vondafone.net is only 25 mb, and since he gets alot of mail the account fills up really fast and then mail are bounsed back to the senders saying that his mailbox is full. I would like to setup the account so that his Blackberry will use our exchangeserver to retrieve mail, and therefore I can avoid the problem.

What do I need to tell my ISP to get a record pointing towards my server with pop3?
What kind of record do i need to add to my local DNS?
Do i need to do anything with the user account, or should I create a new account and forward his mail to this account and he can use this account to download mail?

Anything i have forgotten, please add...
