Exmerge problems

Hi

Im having issues with exmerge. Here's what ive done
Created a new user and group assinged the user to that group called ex-admin, user is only a member of domain users, remote desktop and ex-admin
Gone in system manager and delegated view access for the ex-admin group
Gone to the server in exchange system manager and given the ex-admin group full access including send/receive as, checked this also exists on teh mailbox store.
Can open users mailbox in IE http://server/exchange/user
However when i run exmerge I get the follwoing error

Error encountered getting mailbox from information from private information store database on server

Hi

I looked atthe article on petri and confirmed everything is correct. I made my group have access to the exchagne server and checked there was full access and no denies. I also checked this propgated to the mailbox security again no denies. I looked at the mailbox advance exchange features of the user and could see the group has fulll access to the users mailbox. My user is a member of the custom made ex-merge group

Any ideas what else it might be?

Hi

Ok after some blood, sweat and tears ive got it working!!!! Never run exmerge on the sam box as exchange!! As soon as i did it worked ;o)
