Switching NDR message

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to change NDRs on Exchange.

Trying to find a way to filter out NDRs from other places. Its actually due to spam messages. Sample below:

Could not deliver the message in the time limit specified. Please retry or contact your administrator.

Our sever would actually be something like "mail.mail.com", but postmaster@mail.com would be relaying the message above.
We use GFI Anti spam solutions to get rid of spam. But its not able to take care of this.
I figured if we could switch the internal NDR subject to something else, and then filter the rest to junk mail, then it would solve most issues.

Any suggestions would help alot.
