It's a member server. We have 3 DCs, all Windows 2003 SP1. All 3 DCs are also GCs and DNS servers. We have no issues at all that I can see. These error began when we upgraded Exchange to from SP1 to SP2, at the same time we did some Windows updates for Sp2 was the big thing.
I am not aware of any issues with Exchange 2003 SP2 in that respect. It has been out for almost 18 months and is considered rock solid. I have deployed it many times without issues.
Has the server been rebooted since the service pack was installed?

The server was rebooted after applying the service pack and once more over the last few weeks. The event happens every 30 minutes, I can't find much to tell me what it can't find or access.

Is the server a domain controller or a member server?
MSExchangeAL is usually an issue with the domain or LDAP. Have you changed domain controllers? Do you have a problem with any of the domain controllers?
