The issue that I am having is that before the e-mail migration I could not archive any e-mail inboxes for people in the Glendale Store, I have been working with their level one to get it done. Not one person can seem to archive and we have tried numerous things. Is there anything that you could do to help with this issue and do you need me to put this in a help desk ticket? The issue they are having is: we can create the archive folder in their m:drive and we go to the archive option under file it pops up with the inbox highlighted, then we browse to their m:drive and save it to their folder that we created under their m:drive and then when we tried to save and click OK this is where we get the error message saying access denied, could not find the file archive.pst
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
