Hey guys

i like to setup some kind of policy where i can archive my users email from server, because my users have like 4 GB to 10 GB of data which is pain for me to do backup and admin the server. So my management like to have some policy to have archive where i can archive 6 months once and make available for the users.

exchange has a mailbox manager policy thru which you can delete the emails from the mailboxes.
exchange journaling also does not fit here
there is no inbuilt archiving feature in exchange to do what you are trying to do
maybe look at some third party product to achieve this.
