Out of Office doesn't work in Outlook 2007
Users can't set Out of Office using Outlook 2007. They always get the error: "Your Out of Office settings cannot be displayed, because the server is currently unavailable. Try again later."
However, they are able to set the OOO using OWA.
Environment: AD 2003, Exchange 2007, MS Outlook 2007
On the HUB/Transport server: the following settins are set:
-Allow external out-of-office messages only
-Allow delivery reports
-Display senders name on messages
-Exchange rich-text format: Determined by individual user settings
-MINE character set: Wester European (Windows)
-Non-MINE character set: Wester European (Windows)
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

The Autodiscover and Availability service are working fine - Outlook automatically configures profile and connect to the mailbox server. This is a single-domain AD with 1 Exchange 2007 mailbox server and 1CAS/TH server. Can you provide more detail about how SSL certificate involves?
My CAS/TH server uses the self-signed SSL. Access it via https://servers02.abc.local/owa works just fine.
Below is the output of "test-outlookwebservices" cmdlet

Another finding: Outlook 2003 users have no problem with OOO.

Last time I saw this issue I think it as an SSL certificate issue - there the certificate E2007 creates had been replaced and that stopped Availability Service from operating correctly.
