Contacts in Contacts folder in Outlook do not appear in address book

When composing a new message in Outlook 2003 SP2 and clicking on the "To" button to bring up the GAL, and selecting contacts under outlook address book, the contacts either do not appear at all or the list is incomplete as compared to the contacts folder in Outlook. I have a bunch of users,  including me with this problem.

I've tried removing and readding the outlook address book, I've made sure the check box in the contacts folder properties is set to display contacts as an address book, and I've deleted outlook profiles and recreated new profiles, but all to no avail.

Any suggestions on something else to try? Thanks. Start Free Trial
