OWA HTTP 400 error, how can I repair / reinstall OWA?

Installed Sharepoint Server 2007 onto the Exchange 2007 Server, now OWA does not work.  I have uninstalled SharePoint Server 2007, but OWA still does not work.  I am getting to the login screen, once I login I get an HTTP 400 Bad Request error "http://mail.inbalhq.com/owa/auth/owaauth.dll".   How can I reset OWA, or repair it?   If I login to OWA from the server itself it loads up correctly, but from any other workstation I get the 400 error.   I think I need instructions to reset the IIS Virtual Server, or how to reinstall OWA.

thanks in advance

there is a 2.0.50727 directory but when I get to step 2 and run that command, I get an error about the server being in  64 bit mode.

What now?
aha, in the Framework64 directory... running it now.
I reinstalled version 2.0.50727 and am till having the same HTTP 400 error.   What else can we try?
Strange... seems to be working now.   Thanks for the help
As an added note.  I had installed the x64 version of SharePoint 2007, not the x86 32-bit version.   The issue was caused when that install setup a default sharepoint site on port 80, and shut off my "Default Website" which OWA ran on.
