Need ideas and feedback for POP3 and Exchange on laptop.

SBS 2003 configured for POP3 connection from hosted webmail.
I have a mobile user that uses an Earthlink email account to pull down mail into Outlook 2007.
We forward the email from the company web account into this account.
Since he is not attached to the Exchange server while being mobile,dumping his Earthlink account into the Exchange account causes duplicate emails.

Is there a way of creating profiles so that he can use Earthlink to send and receive while not attached to the Exchange server and then while docked, sync to the Exchange server without creating duplicates?Start Free Trial
