I have an administrative assistant who is having problems opening the Private Items in the Calendar of one the executives she assists. She is able to open the Private Items of the second executive she works for. I have gone in and verified that her settings are set to Editor on the Calendar folder. I have also made sure that the ability for Delegates to view Private Items has been checked for this users account within Outlook. Both accounts appear to have the same settings, yet one allows her to see the Private Appointments and the other one does not. Has anybody experienced this before?
