How to enable and configure Exchange 2003 to work with mobile devices?

I am currently running Exchange 2003 SP2 on a front end and a back end server in a windows 2003 AD setup.  I have been tasked with setting up Exchange 2003 SP2 to work with mobile devices (phones, pda's, etc.).  Is there a good guide on this or can someone point me in the right direction to get this started.  I assume there will be software to install and firewall changes to make?   Any information would be appreciated.

This seems too easy to be true.  I've already got an SSL Certificate setup for OWA so I tried using the same url and adding OMA at the end: ( Https://fqdn/oma) and it is working fine.  Is there anything else I need to worry about?
nope as long as your happy with your security

I assume the certificate is trusted by Windows Mobile, but I am not positive.  It was issued by equifax when I was setting up OWA.
You can't presume anything with Windows Mobile certificates, because the list of trusted certificates is very small. There are a number of Equifax roots floating around and not all of them are trusted. The ones issued by RapidSSL are not for example.

How would I determine if the certificate is definitely trusted by Windows Mobile
Browse to OMA https://host.domain.com/oma from the device. If you get an SSL prompt then it isn't trusted.

Thanks Simon.  It looks like we are ok.
