Do Multiple domains, require multiple public ip address for PTR Records ?

Good Morning everyone...

I recently added 2 new domains to my exch 2007 server.

When I called my ISP to add the PTR records for these domains, they said I had to have a unique ip address for each domain, and I would need 3 public ip address for the 3 different domains on my domain.

Does this correct to everyone?

If it is correct, how do I force exchange to send email for a certain domain from a certain ip address..
