removing old exchange server

i have sucsesfuly migrated feom one exchange server to a new one and all is working, i have also moved all replcas of the public store but it still wont let me delete the old public store saying i have to move them? like i say i have done this and all is looking good on the new server all public instances are present.

this has to be the reason i cannot unistall exchange from the system
