My client is running Outlook 2003 and when they receive attachments that are .MSG file types that can not open them. &nbsp;If you double click on it, nothing happens and if you save it and try to open, outlook will open, but then do nothing else. &nbsp;All other attachments work fine and he only seems to get these type of attachments from a couple users. &nbsp;If you goto OWA on the same system and open the same .msg attachment it works fine. &nbsp;I have removed and re-installed outlook and still same thing. &nbsp;Any other ideas?<br />
