Exchange 2003 intermittent NDR - HELP/URGENT PLEASE

Hi

I have an exchange 2003 (SP2) Server which handles all incoming & outgoing mail (as well as contains the stores).

I have had various people tell me that when they try and send an email to my mailserver they receive a NDR (see below). I have checked the event manager and cant see anything in there to suggest any warnings or errors.

The accounts this happens to seems to be random i.e. not just one specific accounts (so far i have 5 accounts affected) - it seems to affect older accounts rather than newer acounts (from the reported NDRs so far).

I do have GFI MailEssentials & MailSecurity running on this server (along with Exch Serv 2003 - nothing else runs on this server). I have checked with GFI and they reckon its nothing to do with their software?

One thing i have noticed is in ESM under the Mail Queues - there are quite a few NDRs waiting to be sent out for SPAM which has been received. Would this happen if the Server is too 'busy' and how would i know if the server was 'overloaded'?

Does anyone have any ideas what i need to look out for to stop this from happening? Any tips at all please?
