Hi, I set up MS Exchange 2003 for 5 users for testing purposes on their domain in January this year. This worked with no problems until May this year - if the user sends an email from their Outlook Client to another local account on the same exchange server/domain, the e-mail lists itself in sent items but it's not received by the recipient. This problem occurs for all users. Can anyone help? I have checked that the information store service and it is running. There are DNS errors in the event logs but these point to A records on a different server but nothing else to detemine where the problem might be. The domain has no accss to the internet and the server only controls local exchange accounts, nothing external. I need some pointers on where to look to resolve the issue.
