User cannot send email while logged on remotely, but has no problem through OWA or local logon

I have 1 user that is having problems sending email when logged on to the server remotely.  The email just wont leave the outbox.  If she is logged on to her compter at the office, or if she uses OWA, she can send without problems.  ANY help would be greatly appreciated.Start Free Trial
