When I deleted the profile and recreated it for the Administrator, I did lose all the newer messages. The only thing I have in my mailbox now are old messages. How do I fix the calendar?
Main Topics
Browse All TopicsI have a client who is running Exchange 2003 Service Pack 2 and Outlook 2003 on about 50 clients. When they try to set up a meeting for the Conference Room, which is a shared calendar, and go to invite attendees, all of the attendees calendars show time after February 1st, 2008 as No Information. They are also getting the Exchange is in Recovery Mode message when they open Outlook. I have deleted and recreated the profile for the administrator on one of the PC's and it fixed the Recovery Mode error, but none of the newer messages are in the mailbox. Any ideas?

Thanks for your help but I fixed the issue. Turns out the calendar is by default configured to only publish two months of free busy time in Outlook 2003. 2007 does not have this issue. So by going into the options and configuring the calendar free/busy options to publish more months, the issue was resolved.

Delete OST files from hard drive :
-Start
-Search
-For Files or folders
-All files and Folders
-Expand More Advanced Options
-Check the box next to Search hidden files and folders
-Leave the other options at default
-In the top box for All or part of the file name, type in *.ost
-Look in should be Local Hard Drives
-Click Search
-Itll find files such as outlook.ost, outlook001.ost, etc. Select all the files it finds and select delete. This will delete all the offline emails from your computer, but they are still on the server so you wont lose anything.
