Running Exchange 2003 and the user is running outlook 2003, suddenly started getting the following error; The message failed to be submitted because the storage limit for the mailbox that is submitting the message has been exceeded. All the mail is stored on exchange, no pst file is being used in this case. I checked the sized of the mailbox on exchange and it is 1GB, have a couple other users who are over 2GB in mailbox size and they are working fine. I checked to see if there was a size limit set for this mailbox, it was set to system defaults which is unlimited. I double check default and they are unlimited, I know it isn't recommended but that is how we have it. Any suggesttions out there on how to fix this?
